Tamrat Haile Gebremichael, PhD, is a leader in international development with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, and portfolio management. With over 23 years in the field, Tamrat has held senior roles at various international non-profit organizations, specializing in sectors such as health, nutrition, and education across multiple regions, including Africa, Eastern Europe, and North America. Currently serving as the Director of Impact for PAN African Programs at Mastercard Foundation, Tamrat previously contributed to diverse initiatives at World Vision and Plan International. Tamrat holds a Doctorate in Business Leadership, along with an MA in Organizational Leadership and a certification in Impact Analysis.
