Elie M. Mandela is a skilled professional with extensive experience in youth engagement and social entrepreneurship, presently serving as Youth Engagement Lead for Pan African Programs at the Mastercard Foundation, where the mission focuses on advancing learning and promoting financial inclusion. Prior to this role, Elie held various positions at Mastercard Foundation, including Youth Engagement Partner for Rwanda Programs and Youth Engagement Analyst. Elie's previous experience includes working as a Program Support Associate at Johnson & Johnson in Global Public Health and serving as Founding National Director and Campus Director for the Hult Prize Foundation, which promotes social entrepreneurship among students. Earlier career contributions also involved coordination and communication roles at Rwanda Village Community Promoters. Elie is currently pursuing advanced education at the Quantic School of Business and Technology, following a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Rwanda.
