James Caster, P.E. is a Project Engineer at Massman Construction Co. since October 2020, working on the 30 Crossing project, which involves the replacement of the I-30 bridge over the Arkansas River. Prior to this role, James served as a Project Engineer at PCL Construction from May 2014 to October 2020, contributing to several significant projects, including the replacement of the CSX Bridge over Jeffries Creek and emergency repairs on various CSX Railroad bridges. James began a career in construction with internships at PCL and Isiminger & Stubbs Engineering, following a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.
