Priscilla Pinnell is a Digital Project Director at Mass General Brigham, where they oversee the implementation and support operations for a portfolio of SaaS applications. Previously, they served as Partners eCare Project Director at Partners HealthCare, managing training for over 70,000 users and leading process redesign efforts. Priscilla's earlier roles included Senior Consultant at Brigham and Women's Hospital and various management positions at McMaster-Carr. They hold an MBA in Strategy, Operations, and Healthcare from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Communications and Economics from Northwestern University. Priscilla has also earned a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
