Lauren Dello Russo, MBA, is currently the Senior Director of Development for Academic Medical Centers at Mass General Brigham, a role they began in 2025. Previously, they served as the Director of Development at Massachusetts General Hospital from 2021 to 2023, where they worked closely with supporters to advance the hospital's mission. Lauren has held various development roles at the University of Michigan between 2016 and 2019 and served as an Alumni Relations Coordinator at Merrimack College from 2007 to 2010. They also experience working as the Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement at the University of New Hampshire and as the Community and Public Relations Manager at 7 NEWS, WHDH-TV. Lauren is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of New Hampshire Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics while holding a Bachelor of Arts from Merrimack College.
