David Slatery is an experienced legal and cultural professional currently serving as Deputy Director at the Mass Cultural Council since August 2012. Previously, David held various roles including Attorney at Brann & Isaacson from February 2007 to July 2012 and Director of Economic Development at YouthBuild USA from 2005 to 2007. Earlier experience includes serving as General Counsel/Deputy Director at MassDevelopment and Senior Legal Counsel/Finance at the Massachusetts Port Authority. David earned a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA cum laude with Honors in Political Science from Allegheny College.
