Rob McAtee is a professional mechanical and electrical engineer with over 25 years of experience in energy and sustainability. Currently, they serve as the Director of Energy and Sustainability Services at Mason & Hanger, where they lead efforts in enhancing energy and water efficiency in facilities. Previously, Rob held various engineering and leadership roles at Hankins & Anderson, including founding and directing the Energy and Sustainability Services department. Rob began their career as a mechanical engineer at Siemens Power Corporation and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
