Maria Paula ‘MP’ Oliveira is a senior global business leader with over 20 years of experience in corporate venture capital, strategy, and innovation. They have held positions such as Senior Vice President of Corporate Venture Capital at Mastercard, mentoring startups on pitch preparation and business model evaluation at DIFC and Ignyte, and leading venture investments at Mashreq's NeoVentures. MP has also contributed to academia as a professor and blogger, while actively supporting equality and inclusion initiatives. Currently, they chair the Dubai chapter of AI Salon, fostering collaboration among AI founders and investors.
