Hashini Rathnayake has experience in customer relations and textile engineering, having served as Customer Relations Manager for Outgoing Global Talent & Teacher and as Organizing Committee Vice President for Marketing at AIESEC Sri Lanka from April 2021 to February 2022. Following this, Hashini worked as a Trainee Textile Engineer in the Product Innovation Department at MAS Holdings from March 2022 to August 2022, and later held the position of Executive - Developer Sew-Free Apparel, focusing on innovative bonding techniques for performance wearables. Prior experience includes being a member of the Human Resource Pillar at Moraspirit Initiative from November 2020 to April 2021. Hashini holds a Bachelor's degree in Textile and Apparel Engineering from the University of Moratuwa (2018-2022) and is pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Colombo School of Computing (2017-Present).
