This team manages various departments and initiatives, including educational services, early childhood services, clinical programs, community services, performance and quality improvement, business development, and human resources. By collaborating closely, they ensure the academy's mission of rebuilding lives, rekindling spirits, and renewing hope is effectively carried out throughout all their efforts.

This involves payroll processing, pension administration, recruitment of new staff, financial accounting, and overseeing grant funding to ensure effective operation and compliance.

This team includes a Lead Teacher and three Teachers, two of whom are bilingual, working collaboratively to deliver tailored lesson plans, support language development, and foster an environment of hope and renewal for each student.
