David J. Yanda has extensive experience in real estate operations and workplace services, currently serving as Regional Director for Commercial Real Estate and Workplace Services at Marvell Technology since September 2024. Previously, Yanda led U.S. Real Estate Operations for Global Workplace Services at KLA from August 2022 to September 2024 and was AVP and Head of IFM North America at Zurich North America from May 2016 to October 2022. Prior roles include Managing Director at Millennium Park JV, LLC and Co-Founder and President of Operations at a privately held company. Yanda began a career as a Senior Consultant at Technomic, Inc. and holds a degree from the University of Iowa - Henry B. Tippie College of Business.
