Ralph Hromisin is a certified public accountant and a strategic CFO with over 25 years of financial leadership experience in capital-intensive middle-market companies. Currently serving as CFO at Martz Bus since 2020, Ralph guides the company's financial functions and has successfully navigated periods of liquidity challenges. Prior to this role, they held CFO positions at DeAngelo Brothers, Inc. and Benco Dental Co., where they directed financial strategies, managed teams, and contributed to significant capital structuring and financing initiatives. Ralph also provided independent CFO services to small and middle-market companies before joining Martz Bus and has extensive experience in managing complex capital structures and negotiating major transactions. Ralph graduated summa cum laude from King's College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
