Prashant Pandey is currently the Country Legal & Compliance Head at Marsh India Insurance Brokers & Mercer Consulting, where they oversee compliance and legal affairs. Previously, Prashant served as a Legal Manager at ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited from 2008 to 2011, managing litigation and compliance across multiple states. They began their career as a registered advocate from 2005 to 2008, gaining extensive experience in arbitration, banking law, and litigation. Prashant has also worked in various legal roles at Marsh McLennan and as a Senior Associate at ALMT Legal. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws at Lucknow University.
