Don Webster is an experienced global legal executive and the Chief Counsel for Contracting Solutions at Marsh & Mercer US. With a strong background in building high-performing teams, Don previously held senior legal roles at companies such as Hatch and Mercer Canada, where they established and led legal departments and contributed to significant corporate initiatives. A co-founder of both a player agency and a renewable energy firm, Don has international experience across more than 20 countries. They hold joint LLB and MBA degrees from York University, complemented by advanced degrees in Pharmacology and Biochemistry from The University of British Columbia.
