Charles Beresford-Davies is the Marsh McLennan UK Industries Leader, currently responsible for leading Industries within the Marsh & McLennan UK business. They have served as Managing Director and Head of Industries since 2018 and previously held multiple leadership roles at Marsh. Charles also contributed as a Member Nominated Trustee Director of the MMC Pension Fund from 2013 to 2022. Earlier in their career, they were a Partner at JLT Group (2001-2005) and worked as an Underwriting Assistant at Feltrim Underwriting Ltd. (1989-1990). Charles completed their studies in Business and Finance at Kingston University after attending Lancing College.
