Cinthia Franco is currently the Associate Director of Architecture and Construction at Marriott Vacations Worldwide since 2024. They have previously held various roles in project management and design, including positions as Project Manager III at the City of St. Joseph from 2021 to 2022 and as a Project Manager at F.H. Paschen from 2022 to 2024. Cinthia has also worked as a Brand Development Designer for Best Western Hotels & Resorts and as an Interior Designer at Choice Hotels International. They hold a Bachelor of Architecture from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra and a Master of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art University. Cinthia began their education with an Associate's degree in Interior Design from The Altos de Chavón School of Design and is also a Certified Associate in Project Management.
