Shay Chow is the Director of Front Office at Marriott International - The Royal Hawaiian, a Luxury Collection Resort, where they have held various roles since 2022, including Front Office Manager and Guest Experience Manager. Before this, Shay gained valuable experience in guest services management at Marriott and completed internships in public relations and the travel industry. Shay holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Marketing, as well as a Travel Industry Management Certificate, both from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Prior to their current role, Shay worked in sales at Plato's Closet and Malie.
