Robin O'Hearn is the Area Director of Human Resources for Canada at Marriott International, a position held since 2020. Prior to this, Robin served as the Area Director of Human Resources for Eastern Canada from 2015 to 2020, and as Corporate Director of Talent Management at Delta Hotels from 2012 to 2015. Robin's earlier experience includes over a decade as Director of People Resources at Delta Lodge at Kananaskis, where they oversaw various human resources functions. Robin also holds an Advanced Certificate in Strategic Human Resources from Cornell University, earned in 2013.
