Oswaldo Barrios is a Senior Design Director for Luxury Brands, currently overseeing design and project management for EDITION and W hotels. Previously, Oswaldo served as Design Director at Marriott International from 2007 to 2016, focusing on the programming and design direction of EDITION Hotels worldwide. Earlier in their career, Oswaldo worked as an Associate Vice-President and Partner at Development Design Group, where they expanded the company’s international presence, particularly in South America and China. Oswaldo also held positions related to retail and residential design, including roles at Development Design Group, Inc. and Torti Gallas and Partners CHK, Inc. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Universidad Central de Venezuela and a Master's degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
