Nikolas Georgiou is a dedicated and creative food and beverages professional with over twenty years of experience in the culinary industry. Currently serving as the Head Chef at Marriott International since 2025, Nikolas previously held the position of Executive Chef at Twin Towers Residence and Green Food Organic Deli in Nicosia. With expertise in menu development, specialty cuisine, and staff training, Nikolas has a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes and exceptional customer experiences across various establishments. Nikolas began their culinary journey after completing a degree in Professional Culinary Arts at the Hotel and Catering Institute of Nicosia in 1986.
