With expertise in menu development, specialty cuisine, and staff training, Nikolas has a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes and exceptional customer experiences across various establishments. Nikolas began their culinary journey after completing a degree in Professional Culinary Arts at the Hotel and Catering Institute of Nicosia in 1986.
