Manuela (Manny) Rappenecker is a hospitality professional currently serving as the Flex General Manager - OSR at Marriott International for the US and Canada. With extensive leadership experience at Marriott since 1989, they have held various key positions, including Vice President & Global Brand Leader and Director of Operations across several hotel brands. Manny has also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at multiple universities. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Florida State University and hold an MBA from Florida Atlantic University.
