Danielle Peterson McKinney is a seasoned professional in learning development and instructional design, currently serving as Senior Director of Learning Development for Global and Brand Operations at Marriott International since July 2022. With a progressive career at Marriott since 2017, roles have included Director of Learning Development for Global Operations, Senior Manager of Learning Design and Development, and Director of Learning Development focused on Brand Service and Culture.
