Allison Lavergne, CHIA, is the Director of Meetings and Special Events at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach. They previously held various positions at Marriott International from 2019 to 2021, including Front Desk Supervisor and Senior Meetings and Special Events Manager. In 2017, Allison interned as an Activation Producer for Tantrum Experience and served as an Event Operations Manager Intern at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2018.
