Mitch Divens has extensive experience in sales and business development, primarily within the hospitality industry. Mitch served as Business Development Director for the 500 Festival from 2002 to 2003 before joining Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Indianapolis as Director of Sales in 2011, where revenue goals were consistently exceeded. In 2014, Mitch became Area Director of Sales for First Hospitality Group, successfully improving revenues at underperforming properties and leading strategic sales initiatives across multiple locations. As Regional Director of Sales, Mitch increased portfolio revenues for 16 hotels. Currently, Mitch holds the position of Director of Business Development and VP of Hotel Partnerships at Markey's since June 2018. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Director of Sales at Sheraton, where Mitch achieved notable sales performance.
