Nav Nahal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in custom research and UX qualitative methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at MarketCast, Nav Nahal has conducted comprehensive user interviews and facilitated end-to-end research processes. Previous roles include Senior Analyst and Financial Consultant at First Data Corporation, where market research and product development were key responsibilities. At the University of Toronto, Nav Nahal contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, enhancing student engagement in anthropology. Additionally, experience as a User Researcher at City Pulse Acupuncture and a Visiting Research Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, involved in ethnographic studies related to women's health. Nav Nahal holds a Master’s Degree in Anthropology from the University of Toronto and is currently pursuing studies at the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
