Dean Berry is the Group COO and CEO of EMEA and APAC at MarketAxess, where they lead the International business and Global Product and Technology Teams. With over 30 years of experience in financial services, Dean has a strong track record in business transformation, product-led innovation, and revenue growth. Previously, Dean held key positions, including Executive Managing Director at BGC Partners and CEO of Global eCommerce at ICAP, while also serving on various boards such as CurveGlobal Limited. Dean's extensive background in electronic trading and data analytics has been instrumental in driving success across organizations they have led. They hold a 1st Class Honours degree from Coventry University.
