Jackie Musto, MSML, is an experienced Training Manager specializing in brand and people excellence, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Brand & People Excellence at Mark-Taylor, Inc. Since 2024, Jackie has built a strong background in property management, focusing on employee development and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Jackie worked as a Dual-Site Manager at Mark-Taylor Inc. from 2008 to 2021, where they successfully managed multiple communities and led training initiatives. Additionally, Jackie held positions at Avenue5 Residential, culminating in the role of Senior Career Development Manager, where they designed comprehensive training programs across 22 states. Jackie holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and is also pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management.
