Doreen Poehlitz is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles across multiple companies, including Robert Bosch LLC and Bosch Security Systems. Doreen began her career in administration and accounting, later transitioning to human resources where responsibilities included comprehensive associate support, relocation coordination, and leadership in HR functions aligned with business strategies. Doreen's leadership roles encompassed directing HR operations, fostering high-performance cultures, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Mark Anthony Group, Doreen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Walsh College and an Associate's degree from Macomb Community College.
