Laura Tadvalkar is currently the Managing Director at RA Capital Management, L.P. and a Board Director for multiple biotechnology firms, including Cidara Therapeutics and Typewriter Therapeutics. Previously, they served as a Principal at MP Healthcare Venture Management, where they focused on early-stage biotech investments. Laura completed a Ph.D. in Chemical Biology at Harvard University and was a Manager at Clarion Healthcare, specializing in commercial strategy for therapeutic devices in oncology and rare diseases. They are also a Kauffman Fellow (Class 23) and have held various board observer roles across the biotech sector.
