Robert Watts is currently the COO and Head of Finance for APAC at Marex, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they have worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in various roles within commodities trading and finance from 2015 to 2016, and took a sabbatical leave from 2019 to 2020 to travel and pursue personal projects. Robert's early career includes diverse roles, such as a ski and snowboard instructor and a construction and teaching volunteer. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Southampton and a management accounting qualification from BPP University.
