Claire Bridel is a seasoned professional in strategic initiatives and operations, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Initiatives at Marex since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles as COO of the Liquidnet Division and Independent Non-Executive Board Member at TP ICAP, where leadership of the Risk Committee for UK Regulated Entities was a key responsibility. Claire also served as an Independent Non-Executive Board Member at Sucden Financial and held the CEO position at Bank and Clients Plc, a challenger bank. Prior to these roles, Claire provided advisory services as Director at CB Advisors Ltd and held COO positions at Natixis, Louis Capital Markets, and Newedge Group. Academic qualifications include a degree from ESSEC Business School and a certificate in Quantitative Finance from Wilmott.
