Ellen Katz, APTD, is an experienced Training Manager with a strong background in developing training programs for both internal teams and independent eye care professionals. Currently serving as Training Manager at Marcolin since April 2018, Ellen previously held the same position at Silhouette International from June 2005 to April 2018, where responsibilities included conducting needs assessments and collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement effective training solutions. Ellen also possesses experience as a Training Specialist and Program Coordinator. A graduate of Siena University, Ellen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing Management in 2005.
