Jake Sussman is the cofounder and CEO of Marble Health, a role they have held since 2024. They previously cofounded Headway and spent five years scaling it into a category-defining mental health company. They currently teach elementary school at Success Academy in Brooklyn and are an early-stage investor and advisor. Their past experience includes roles as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs (2013–2016), a Sales Intern at Bloomberg LP (2011), and an Associate Product Manager at 1stdibs.com (2016–2018). They earned a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University in 2013.
