Kristina Lini possesses extensive experience in retail management, having held key positions across notable companies. As a Field Consultant and Market Manager at 7-Eleven from February 2017 to March 2018, Kristina managed multiple stores and influenced franchisees in operational strategies. Prior to that, Kristina served as a Store Manager at CVS Health from August 2011 to December 2016, where responsibilities included staffing and budget management for a $5M store. Experience as an Assistant Manager at Walmart from January 2006 to February 2010 involved overseeing a $186M store's operations and training associates. Kristina also worked as an Assistant Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation from June 2010 to August 2011, managing finances for a $100M store. After a brief stint as a Franchise Business Consultant at Andeavor, Kristina has been with Marathon Petroleum Corporation since October 2018 in a similar role following the acquisition of Andeavor. Academically, Kristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Motel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
