Andy Flawn has extensive experience in operations, technology, and business change within the financial sector. At Marathon Asset Management Limited from June 2014 to January 2023, Andy held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Operations, Technology, Change and Data, as well as Head of Business Change and Information Systems.
