Rocío Gil de Gárate is currently the Subdirector of Strategic Planning at MAPFRE, where they focus on strategy and innovation. With extensive experience in the insurance sector, Rocío previously held various leadership roles at MAPFRE, including Project Leader and Technician of Innovation, and contributed significantly to improving processes and enhancing business initiatives. Rocío has also worked as a Manager at CAPGEMINI Ernst & Young, specializing in business strategy and process improvement. They hold a PhD in Psychology and have completed multiple degrees and courses related to project management and finance.
