Noa Marom Twizer is currently the Director of Finance and Operations and Chief Financial Officer at MAOZ מעוז, a position held since 2023. They have previously served as Chief Financial Officer at The Schechter Institutes from 2014 to 2022 and as an Audit Manager at BDO Israel from 2010 to 2013. In the early stages of their career, Noa was involved in the Intelligence Unit at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel from 2004 to 2009. Noa earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master's degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University.
