Lisa Natalicchio serves as the Global Head of Colleague Communications and Social Media at Manulife since October 2023. Prior to this role, Lisa held several positions at State Street, including Managing Director of Internal Communications and Social Business and VP of Digital Communications, where responsibilities encompassed global management of internal communications and social media strategies. Lisa's earlier experience includes managing marketing and membership for the Massachusetts Assisted Living Facilities Association and working as a Communications and Marketing Associate at Rogerson Communities. Lisa holds a Master's of Fine Arts in Creative Nonfiction from Emerson College and a Bachelor's Degree in Media Arts and Design from James Madison University.
