Cynthia Lee is currently the AVP and Head of Asia Operations Excellence at Manulife, a position held since 2025. Previously, Cynthia served as the Director of Customer Strategic Initiative at AIA Hong Kong and Macau (2021-2025) and held the role of Director of Innovation and Change at Prudential Hong Kong (2020-2021). With extensive experience in customer experience and business transformation, Cynthia's career includes significant roles at AXA and Chevron, as well as management consulting at Accenture. Cynthia holds an MBA from Cornell University and a postgraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Oxford, alongside ongoing studies in Data Science and Machine Learning at MIT.
