Donald Smith has extensive experience in engineering and surveying, currently serving as Lead Engineer and Survey Tech at Manson Construction Co. since January 2006, where responsibilities include managing survey and plant positioning needs as well as overseeing electronic and survey equipment. Prior to this role, Donald officiated Cal Ripken and Babe Ruth baseball and softball games for the Atlantic Beach Officials Association from August 2007 to November 2015. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Project Engineer for Great Lakes Dredge & Dock from May 1999 to August 2004, focusing on NATCO field operations. Donald holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Rhode Island, earned between 1992 and 1996.
