Paulo Schwenck possesses extensive experience in operational management and planning across several prominent companies. Currently serving as Gerente de operações, Gerente de Contrato, and Coordenador de Contrato at Manserv since December 2019, Paulo previously held the role of Técnico de planejamento at multiple organizations, including AMOI, Tenaris Confab, USIMINAS MECÂNICA S/A, and Delta Engenharia e Manutenção Industrial LTDA. Paulo's academic background includes a degree in Engenharia Civil from Centro Universitário do Leste de Minas Gerais and a Técnico em Mecatrônica from Escola Técnica Juscelino Kubitschek. Currently pursuing a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Gestão de Projetos at PUC Minas, Paulo has complemented formal education with a short course in Engenharia Mecânica at SENAI.
