Jennifer Peterson is the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and People Officer, and Secretary at The Manitowoc Company, where they provide strategic guidance to the board of directors and senior management on a range of complex business and legal issues. With over 15 years of in-house public company experience, they have a proven track record in managing high-risk litigation, regulatory challenges, and advising on various legal matters including commercial contracts and human resources. Previously, they served as Director of Litigation at Adient and Senior Group Counsel at Johnson Controls, among other roles. Jennifer holds a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a B.A. in Public Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
