Dillon Harp, RPLS, LSLS, CFedS, is the Director of Survey Operations at Manhard Consulting, where they oversee surveying activities since 2022. They are a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in seven states, including Texas and New Mexico, and have substantial expertise in land development, civil surveying, and energy sector surveying. Dillon previously served as Vice President of Surveying at FSC, Inc., and held various project management and leadership roles at JQ, GMcivil, and John Cowan & Associates. Dillon earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology/Land Surveying from the University of Texas at Tyler and an Associate's degree in Applied Sciences/Land Surveying from Tyler Junior College.
