With a background as a "recovering bankruptcy attorney," Troy has extensive experience in documenting traditional leveraged debt financings, venture lending financings, and bridge loans. Previously, Troy served as General Counsel for Feeding America and held partner positions at several prestigious law firms, including Barnes & Thornburg LLP and DLA Piper LLP (US).
