Salim EL MOUDEN is a Director of Operations with over 10 years of experience in exploration and production geology within both open pit and underground mining in Sub-Saharan Africa. Salim has held various leadership roles at Groupe Managem, including Chief of Operations and Exploration Manager at Société métallurgique d’Imiter, as well as Deputy Director of Operations at Société des Mines de Mandiana in Guinea. Currently, Salim leads operations at Société des Mines de Mandiana while previously managing mineral exploration projects across multiple countries, including Morocco, Guinea, Gabon, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Salim holds a Diplôme des Etudes Supérieures Approfondies in mineral prospecting and completed a certification in agile methods and innovation governance from CentraleSupélec.
