Mike Shepardson, CFA, currently serves as Director of US Wealth at Man Group since September 2025. Prior to this role, Mike was involved in investor relations at Saguaro Capital Management from February 2024 to July 2025, leading business development and client service efforts. Mike's experience at Polen Capital from August 2017 to February 2024 included positions as a Relationship Manager, where relationships were built across the Central US, and as a Relationship Associate focusing on client relationships in the Midwest and East Coast. Earlier, Mike worked in client services and marketing at DePrince, Race & Zollo, Inc. from June 2014 to July 2017 and gained initial industry exposure as a Small-Cap Value Research Analyst at the same firm. Educational background includes a BA in Psychology with a Minor in Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame (2010-2014).
