Dr. Peter Demmel is currently the Head of Material and Supplier Management at MAN Truck & Bus SE, where they have held multiple leadership roles including Lead Project Manager for the New Cabin Body Shop and Head of Cabin and Truck Assembly. Previously, they served as a consultant to the Executive Board, contributing to various departments such as Human Resources, Research & Development, and Production & Logistics. Dr. Demmel’s earlier experience includes working as a Research & Development Consultant at Entwicklungsgesellschaft für Umformtechnik und Gießereiwesen mbH and as a Research Associate at Technische Universität München. They hold a doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Precision Engineering and Microtechnology from Technische Universität München and Hochschule München, respectively.
