Julie Branford is a dedicated professional with extensive leadership experience in various organizations, including serving as Past President of the ARCS Foundation's Oregon Chapter, which supports Ph.D. students in sciences and engineering at OHSU, OSU, and UO. They have been involved with BRAINet, a community outreach organization for OHSU's neuroscience departments, since 2009. Julie's career includes significant roles in human resources at InFocus and SEH America, as well as contributions to Willamette University as a Life Trustee Emeritus. They hold a BA in European History from Willamette University, an MS in Organization Development from Central Washington University, and completed a program in Strategic Human Resources at Harvard Graduate School.
