Ahmed Nasheed has work experience at the Maldives Police Service, where they served as the Head of Core Networks starting in December 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a Network Engineer at MPS since January 2010.
Ahmed Nasheed attended Al Azhar University in Cairo from 2000 to 2006 where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained their CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and CCNA Routing and Switching certifications from Cisco in September 2015. Later, in February 2020, Ahmed obtained their CCNP Enterprise (Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise), CCNP Routing and Switching (Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching), Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure Implementation, and Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Core certifications. Ahmed also has a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification from EC-Council, but the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
