Malaysia Land Properties Sdn Bhd (Mayland) was incorporated in 1995 and after which developed into a pioneer developer in developing serviced apartments in Malaysia. It is one of the largest serviced apartment developer in Kuala Lumpur and has other significant developments in other prime areas such as Selangor, Johor and Putrajaya. Mayland is part of the Group namely Far East Consortium International Limited, Dorsett Hospitality International, AGORA Hospitality Group Co. Ltd. and Land & General Berhad. 
Our first and prominent project  was Mayfair and Dorchester in Plaza Damas. Throughout the years, we have established as property investment division that holds a truly diversified portfolio of properties which include serviced apartments, condominiums, shop lots/office buildings, hotels, shopping malls and car parks.
The group has a considerable land bank of more than 500 acres. With over 3,000 affordable luxury and high-end residences in the pipeline, the group is expecting a GDV exceeding RM3billion. The Group is expected to launch flagship projects in several prestigious addresses with Klang Valley such as Hampton @ Country Height Damansara, Dorsett Waterfront Subang @ Subang ,1Stonor @ KLCC and Dorsett Sri Hartamas @ Sri Hartamas.
